Locatelli Group recognizes the importance of the privacy and protection of the personal data of all visitors, clients, partners and users of its services, and is committed to handling such data in a transparent, secure manner and in compliance with applicable legislation.
This Privacy Notice describes how we collect, use, store, share and protect your personal data obtained through our website https://www.locatelligroup.com.br/ and associated digital channels, and explains your rights as a data subject, as set out in the Brazilian General Data Protection Law – LGPD (Law No. 13.709/2018) and, where applicable, in the European Union General Data Protection Regulation – GDPR (Regulation EU 2016/679).

We always process personal data on a valid legal basis, including: consent, performance of a contract, legal obligation or legitimate interest.
